	Swim (500m) Bike (20km) when tagged by swimmer Run (10km) when tagged by biker	Relax and enjoy lunch at Lulworth Castle
Ask friends and family to join you for lunch at Lulworth Castle. Extra tickets £15 pp. Children up to 12 yrs £5 pp.
